An RSS feed (or news feed) is a means by which you can stay informed about what's going on at Lake Ontario Region 16 without having to regularly visit the website.

Each year at Fall Music School, Region 16 recognizes a deserving individual selected by each chorus in a special ceremony. Sweet Adeline of the Year (SAOTY) pins are presented to the member each chorus has chosen. The 2021 ceremony was held virtually.
